BAUFIX Silicone Facade Paint is a water-based coating based on a synthetic dispersion with a self-cleaning surface and beading effect for mineral substrates and plasters. The paint is available in matte white, but can be tinted up to 5% with commercially available tinting paints without affecting the specific coating properties. Thanks to the beading effect, the paint is especially water-repellent and keeps the facade deeply dry while offering high water vapor permeability. The facade is protected from environmental influences for a long time and gets extra protection against algae thanks to the "Anti-Green" effect.
