BAUFIX professional silicone facade paint is a water-based coating based on a plastic dispersion with a self-cleaning surface and pearling effect for mineral substrates and plasters. The paint is available in matt white, but can be tinted up to 5% with commercially available tinting paints without affecting the paint-specific properties. The pearling effect makes the paint particularly water-repellent and keeps the facade deeply dry while at the same time being highly permeable to water vapor. The facade is protected from environmental influences for a long time and receives extra protection from algae thanks to the "anti-green" effect.
