Where can I find all ingredient data sheets (detergent information) as a PDF download?

You can download all our data sheets here .

A database of correspondences between INCI names, European Pharmacopoeia names and CAS numbers is provided on the European Commission's Pharmacos website.

Why can't I select my desired color within a product?

We are currently reproducing the item you want for you. Just check back in our online shop at a later date.

I don't feel like applying the Baufix glaze with a brush. Can Baufix products also be sprayed?

We generally recommend applying Baufix glazes with a brush. But our Baufix Multispray wood glaze was specially developed for spray guns.

I already have a container of Baufix. How long does the product last?

Our products have a shelf life of at least 1 year after the date of purchase when stored in their original, dry and frost-free containers.

I need more information about a product. Where can I quickly find out about the properties of BAUFIX products?

We have provided a technical data sheet for each product, which contains all the relevant information. In addition, our customer service is available Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

How long does it take to deliver BAUFIX products?

We deliver your desired products within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.

How do I create a complaint?

Please send us the complaint form available "here" completely filled out with pictures to our kundenservice@baufix-online.de. We will process your complaint immediately, which can take up to 14 days.

Why don't you have all the products that are also available in discount stores?

There are products that are manufactured exclusively for discounters, so we do not stock them at all and are therefore not available in our online shop.

Why doesn't the color appear in liquid soil plastic?

The pigments in the soil liquid plastic sink to the bottom, so they must be stirred vigorously. Stir from bottom to top to bring the pigments to the surface.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Since our order processing is fully automated, we are unfortunately unable to change or cancel your order after we have received it.

Where can I find my tracking number or invoice number?

We usually ship your goods within 24 hours. You will then receive an email with the tracking number of your package and an email with the invoice. If you have not selected payment by invoice as your payment method, you do not have to pay again. The invoice is then for your records only.

Can I paint over an old coating with your products?

This question is difficult to answer because we cannot say whether our paint is compatible with the old paint. It is best to follow the processing instructions for our products and, if necessary, carry out a small compatibility test by applying a test coat to an inconspicuous area.

Can I mix or dilute your colors?

Our paints are delivered ready to use and do not need to be diluted or mixed. You can find relevant information in the product's processing instructions.
