BAUFIX liquid floor plastic is a water-dilutable acrylic-based topcoat with very good lightfastness. This product is ideal for sealing and coating concrete/screed substrates and cement fiberboard. BAUFIX liquid floor plastic is particularly suitable for coating basements, stairs, storage and utility rooms and other usable areas that are not constantly exposed to water. This product is also very suitable for outdoor areas, such as for coating covered terraces, balconies with a slope (min. 2%) and house bases. TIP: We recommend stirring the container with a whisk.

Water-dilutable - This water-based acrylate floor paint is pre-applied as a water-diluted primer and then re-applied undiluted twice for optimal results.

For concrete, cement or screed - The floor paint is optimally matched to concrete surfaces, screed substrates and cement fiberboards.

Fast drying - The floor paint can be painted over after just 12 hours.
