BAUFIX Floor Liquid Plastic is a water-thinnable topcoat based on acrylate with excellent light fastness. This product is perfect for sealing and coating concrete/screed substrates and fiber cement boards. BAUFIX Floor Liquid Plastic is especially suitable for coating basements, stairs, storage, and utility rooms, and other surfaces not subject to constant water exposure. Additionally, this product is also great for outdoor uses such as coated terraces, sloped balconies (min. 2%), and house plinths. TIP: We recommend stirring the container with a whisk before use.

For indoor and outdoor use – BAUFIX Liquid Flooring Plastic is a floor and concrete paint, ideal for use in, among other things, basements and hobby rooms, covered patios, sloped balconies, and as a basecoat.

Water-dilutable – This water-based, acrylic floor paint is applied as a diluted primer, then painted over twice undiluted for optimum results.

For concrete, cement or screed – The floor paint is perfectly suited for concrete surfaces, screed substrates, and cement fiberboards.

Fast drying - The floor paint can be recoated in just 12 hours.
