BAUFIX Multi-Seal is a single-component, universally applicable rapid sealing compound suitable for a wide range of uses. This quick sealant is excellent for various outdoor surfaces. Use BAUFIX Multi-Seal for sealing and repairing garden shed, garage, and carport roofs, for sealing connection and detail areas such as gutters, and for sealing and repairing earth-contacting building components such as plinths according to DIN 18533. The product can also be used to protect below-ground wooden structures. It is even suitable for impregnating lawn edging stones to reduce absorption. Apply BAUFIX Multi-Seal to various surfaces such as mineral substrates (concrete, stone, etc.), wood, plastic, metal, (old) bitumen, etc. No primer is needed beforehand. Rainproof after just 4 hours (at 20°C, 50% relative humidity). BAUFIX Multi-Seal is durable and completely free of solvents, isocyanates, and bitumen. It also has very high UV resistance. BAUFIX Multi-Seal is particularly easy to apply, highly flexible, crack-bridging (up to 8 mm) in line with DIN EN 14891, and offers outstanding adhesion.
