BAUFIX Multi-Seal is a one-component, fast-acting sealing compound for universal use in a wide range of applications. This rapid sealant is ideal for various exterior surfaces. Use BAUFIX Multi-Seal for sealing and repairing garden shed, garage and carport roofs, for sealing connection and detail areas such as gutters, and for sealing and repairing components in contact with soil, such as plinths, in accordance with DIN 18533. The product can also be used to protect wooden components in contact with soil. It can even be used to impregnate lawn edging stones to reduce their absorbency. Use BAUFIX Multi-Seal on a wide variety of surfaces such as mineral substrates (concrete, stone, etc.), wood, plastic, metal, (old) bitumen, etc. No primer is required beforehand. It becomes rainproof after just 4 hours (20 °C, 50% relative humidity). BAUFIX Multi-Seal is a durable sealant and completely free from solvents, isocyanates and bitumen. It also offers very high UV resistance. BAUFIX Multi-Seal is particularly easy to apply, highly flexible, crack-bridging (up to 8 mm) in accordance with DIN EN 14891 and has excellent adhesion.

EUH208 Contains 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one, 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one, reaction mass of bis(1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidyl) sebacate and methyl 1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidyl sebacate, reaction mass of 5-chloro-2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (3:1), 2-octyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one. May cause allergic reactions.
